Items are normally shipped within 24 hours of purchase Monday-Friday. We securely package your item and ship through USPS First-Class Mail. Other shipping options include USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. USPS Priority International is used for International Orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If item is defective, notification must be received within 7 days and an exchange will be provided at our discretion. The notification email address is: returns@emicronsolutions.com. Return Authorization must be obtained before returning the item to us. Signs of an attempted install that may have damaged the item will negate the return policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of purchaser. If the item is not wanted and there is no defect then a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on the purchase price. If a non-defective item is returned but has been opened or is not in original condition the refund amount will be the equivalent of the item used minus the normal 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
